These terms are an agreement between you and Ahmed Almadani ("we") for your use of Draft Wars ("the game"). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
1. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules.
You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
2. Your account
The game creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You're responsible for what happens on your device's account. You can delete it at any time in Settings > Delete account, which permanently removes your progress.
Because accounts are tied to the app on your device, deleting the app or changing devices may mean your progress can't be recovered.
3. Fair play
When you play, you agree not to:
cheat, use bots, modified game files or any tool that gives an unfair advantage;
exploit bugs on purpose, or interfere with the game's servers or other players' matches;
try to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
use the game for anything illegal.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and reset progress gained by breaking them.
4. Virtual items
Gold, troop cards, levels, mastery, trophies and other items in the game ("virtual items") have no real-world value. They can't be sold, traded or exchanged for money, and you don't own them: they're part of your licence to play. We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items as the game is updated, including during and after the beta.
The beta has no in-app purchases. If purchases are added later, these terms will be updated first.
5. Beta and availability
The game is in development. Features, balance and progress may change, and progress may be reset during the beta. Online play needs an internet connection and depends on our service provider, so the game may sometimes be unavailable. We may update, pause or end the game at any time.
6. Ownership
The game, including its characters, art, sound, code and name, belongs to us or our licensors. Third-party assets are used under their own licences, listed in the game's Settings.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the game collects and how to delete it.
8. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be error-free or always online.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop using the game at any time by deleting your account and the app. We may end your licence if you break these terms. Sections 4, 6, 8 and 9 continue after that.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and isn't responsible for any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims. If the game fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you're not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bahrain, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
